Refund After Cancellation

Bookings made via Tours N Travel Pro are generally non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-endorsable, unless the service provider states otherwise. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment source within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• The travel service provider allows cancellations and issues refunds.
• The user did not violate the “No Show” policy.

Important: Refund timelines depend solely on the service provider. Tours N Travel Pro does not manage or control refund processing timelines. Also, original service fees are non-refundable.

Regarding Fee Payment

Charges are based on listed prices. Additional service fees may be applied by Tours N Travel Pro. Users are responsible for paying all associated fees, taxes, and duties when purchasing services or products.

We reserve the right to update or revise pricing and service charges at any time.

Not Responsible for the Following Situations

We are not accountable for:

• Loss or damage of valuables during your journey.
• Injuries due to third-party service providers’ negligence.
• Delays, cancellations, or fare changes by airlines or providers.
• Losses from natural disasters or emergencies.
• Terminal or flight schedule changes by the service provider.
